Chef Thiago's menu moves through global flavours with a Shoalhaven pantry: local blue-fin tuna, Sydney rock oysters, Greenwell Point sausages, and lamb off the char-grill.

Our story
The family behind The Growers.
Sharon and Thiago Menezes opened The Growers by Ponte, bringing their team from the award-winning Ponte Bar and Dining across to this 400-seat restaurant and bar on the edge of Nowra.
The menu changes with whatever the Shoalhaven growers bring in that week, and the wine list is Thiago's own. Same team, same standards, a lot more room.
The venue
